હ-દસ યના ભાળકો પણ હાંશપૂર્વક તત્ત્વજ્ઞાનમાં
અભ્યાસ કરી શકે તે માટે આ આળપાથી તૈયાર કરી છે. બાળકને અભ્યાસ કરવામાં રસ આવે તે રીતે આમાં કા પાર્ટી દ્વારા નીચેના વિષયેનું સંકલન કર્યુ છે.
સ્વ-અજીવ, વ્ય-ગુણ-પર્યાય, ધ, દેવ-ગુરુ-શાસ્ત્ર, પંચપરમેથ્રી, સમ્બન-જ્ઞાન-ચાત્રિ, શિકારયાગ, જૈન ધર્મ', મુક્ત અને સ ંસારી, ક્રમ, ભગવાન મહાવીરન્તુ જીગન ચરિત્ર, દેવદર્શન, હિંસાદિ પાયાના ત્યાગને ઉપદેશ, ક્રોધાદેિ ત્યાગના ઉપદેશ, ધૂનસય, દેવ-શાન્ત્રગુરુને વદન. ભ સેવનું સ્વરૂપ અને વૈરાગ્ય ભાવનાઓ.
--એ ઉપરાંત દરેક પાઠમાં વિષય અનુસાર ચિત્રો પણ આપ્યાં છે. એ ધ્યાન રાખવુ કે આ ચિત્રો માત્ર દૃષ્ટાંતરૂપ છે, આળકોને પારા અભ્યાસ કરવામાં સુગમતા પડે અને રસ આવે તે માટે જ તે ચિત્રો આપવામાં આવ્યાં છે.
આ બાળપોથીના પ ાળક પાસે માત્ર ગોખાવી દવાના નથી, પરંતુ દરેક પાઠના ભાવની સમજણ આપીને બાળક પાસે પ્રેકટીસ કરાવવી. તેમ જ ચિત્રા મારફત વિસ્તારથી સમજણ આપવી, ધૂન, દેવદર્શન વગેરે પા હાય ત્યાં તે મુન્ન કરતાં શીખવું; જિંત્ર સહિત વિશેષ અદ આવશે.

ફેંક ખાતા ધાવાતા ભાળકને વી-પ્રભુનાં સંતા બનાવવા માટે પારણામાંથી જ તેના કાનમાં. આ વીમ`ત્રો ફૂંકે અને દૂધના દૂહાની સાથે સાથે તત્ત્વપ્રેમના ઘૂંટડા પણ પિવરાવે તો બાળકને મૂળમાંથી જ ધસહું સિગ્ન ચાય અને તેનું વન ધ સર્ચ બને,

Incorrect knowledge leads to practices which are not religious.

જીવમાં જ્ઞાન છે. જીવ ધર્મ સમજે છે. શરીરમાં જ્ઞાન નથી, શરીર ધર્મ સમજ્યું નથી.
Only those who have knowledge of the soul understand religion The Soul has knowledge. The Soul understands religion.

Arihant is a God. Siddha is a God.

સીમંધર ભગવાન અરિહંત છે. Lord Simandhar is an Arihant.
અરિહંતને શરીર હોય છે.
Arihant has a body.
| સિદ્ધને શરીર હોતું નથી. Siddha does not have a body.

પાસે એક કમંડળ છે. બીજી મોરપીંછા છે. Next to him there is a water container (kamandal). And a peacock feather
duster.
સાચા મુનિને આત્મજ્ઞાન હોય છે. A real Monk has the true knowledge of the Soul.
કુંદકુંદમુનિ આચાર્ય હતા. Kundkundmuni was an Acharya (a Leader of Monks).
આચાર્ય તે મુનિ છે. ઉપાધ્યાય તે મુનિ છે. An Acharya is a Monk. An Upadhyay is also a Monk.

The scriptures describe the Soul.
જ્ઞાની રચે તેને શાસ્ત્ર કહેવાય.
The writings of those who have true knowledge of the Soul are called scriptures.
તે શાસ્ત્રથી આત્મા સમજાય.
The Soul can be understood from these scriptures.
શાસ્ત્રને નિવાણી કહેવાય છે.
The scriptures are known as "the preachings of God".
શાસ્ત્રમાં જ્ઞાન નથી, શાસ્ત્ર કાંઈ જાણતું નથી.
The scriptures do not have knowledge, scriptures do not know anything.

સમ્યક દર્શન અટલે સાચી શ્રદ્ધા. Samyakt-Darshan means Correct Belief. સાચી શ્રદ્ધા એટલે આત્માનો વિશ્વાસ .
Correct Belief means confidence in the Soul. પોતાનો આત્મા પૂરો છે, પોતાનો આત્મા ભગવાન છે. One's Soul is complete in all respects, One's Soul is God.
પોતાના આત્માનો વિશ્ર્વાસ કરે તો સમ્યગ્દર્શન થાય. Samyakt-Darshan is attained by developing faith in the Soul.
સમ્યગ્દર્શન થાય એટલે ટૂર મોક્ષ થાય. Once Samyakt-Darshan is attained, Moksh (complete liberation of the Soul)
definitely follows. સમ્યગ્દર્શન તે ધર્મનું મૂળ છે. Samyakt-Darshan is the root of religion. સમ્યગ્દર્શન દરેક જીવને બહુ રૂરનું છે. Samyakt-Darshan is essential for all Souls.

Samyakt-Charitra means Correct-Conduct. આત્માને ઓળખીને તેમાં રહેવું તે સાચું ચારિત્ર છે.

First Correct Belief and Correct-Knowledge, then Correct-Conduct. Correct Belief, Correct-Knowledge and Correct-Conduct combined form the path

મુનિએ કહ્યું -હે રાજ! સુખ તારા આત્મામાં છે, તું શિકાર કરવો છોડી દે, ને આત્માની સમજણ કર. તેથી તું સુખી થઈશ . The Monk replied, "Dear King! Happiness is within your Soul. Give up hunting and understand your Soul. This will give you happiness."
પછી રાજાએ શિકાર છોડી દીધો. મુનિ પાસે રહીને આત્માની સમજણ કરીને સુખી થયો. The King then gave up hunting. He stayed with the Monk and understood the Soul and became very happy.

Siddha Bhagwan is a liberated Soul.
અરિહંત ભગવાન પણ જીવનમુક્ત છે.
Arihant Bhagwan is also a liberated Soul(but with a body).
સંસારી જીવોને જન્મ-મરણ હોય છે.
Worldly Souls have births and deaths,
સ્વર્ગના જીવો સંસારી છે, નરકના જીવો સંસારી છે.
The Souls in heaven are worldly. The Souls in hell are worldly.
ઢોરના જીવો સંસારી છે. માાસના જીવો સંસારી છે.
The Souls in the animal Kingdom are worldly. The Souls in human form are worldly.
સંસારી જીવો દુઃખી છે, મુક્ત જીવો સુખી છે.
Worldly Souls are unhappy; liberated Souls are happy.
આત્માને ન ઓળખે ત્યાંસુધી જીવ સંસારમાં રખડે છે.
Until the Soul understands itself, it continues to wander in the world.
આત્માને ઓળખે તો ક્રૂર મુક્તિ પામે છે,
If one understands the soul then one definitely achieves liberation.

"Mahavir's" father was King Siddartha. His mother's name was Trishaladevi. Right from his birth, he was greatly knowledgeable of the Soul and was indifferent to the worldly pleasures. Heavenly beings used to serve him and play with him in the form of children.

He already had correct knowledge of the Soul. After becoming a Monk he went into deep meditation of the Soul. As a result of his deep meditation of the Soul, his knowledge became purer and his impure emotions started to decrease. In due course he attained complete detachment from impure emotions and also attained complete and supreme knowledge, thus becoming a God - Arihant Bhagwan.
પછી તેમણે ધર્મનો ઉપદેશ આપવા માંડયો. ઉપદેશ સાંભળવા માટે જીવોનાં ટોળે ટોળાં આવ્યા: સ્વર્ગના દેવો આવ્યા, ને મોટા રાજા આવ્યા. આઠ વર્ષનાં બાળકો પણ આવ્યા ને આત્માની સમજણ પામ્યાં. જંગલ માંથી સિંહ આવ્યા, વાઘ આવ્યા, હાથી આવ્યા, વાંદરા આવ્યા, મોટા નાગ આવ્યા ને નાનકડાં દેડકાં પણ આવ્યા, -ને આત્માની સમજણ પામ્યા. He then started preaching the true principles of religion. Huge numbers of Souls gathered to hear him: including heavenly beings and important Kings. Even eight year old children came and gained correct understanding of the Soul. Lions, tigers, elephants, monkeys, big snakes and little frogs came too from the jungle - and correctly understood the Soul.
મહાવીર ભગવાને ઘણા વર્ષ ધર્મનો ઉપદેશ આપીને જનધર્મનો બહુ જ ફેલાવો કર્યો. છેવટે પાવાપુરીમાં તેઓ મોક્ષ પામ્યા. પહેલાં તેઓ અરિહંત હતા, હવે સિદ્ધ થયા. આસો વદ અમાસના પરોઢિયે ભગવાન મોક્ષ પામ્યા, તેથી તે દિવસે દીપાવલિ-મહોત્સવ થાય છે. અત્યારે મહાવીર ભગવાન મોક્ષમાં બિરાજે છે, ત્યાં તેઓ પૂર્ણ આનંદમાં છે.

Mahavir Bhagwan preached religion for many years and spread the principles of Jainism far and wide. In the end he attained Nirvana (Moksh) from Pavapuri in the state of Bihar. He attained Nirvana just before dawn on the fourteenth day of the decreasing moon of the lunar calendar month of Kartik. That day is celebrated by everyone as Dipawali. Today Mahavir Bhagwan is in Moksh, where he lives in complete happiness.
બાળકો, મહાવીર ભગવાનની જેમ તમે પણ આત્માને ઓળખો, રાગ-દ્વેષ ટાળો ને મોક્ષ પામો. Children, you should also obtain correct understanding of the Soul, remove emotions of likes and dislikes and attain Moksh like Mahavir Bhagwan.
