Here is a Monk. The Monk is our Guru.
તેઓ આત્માના ધ્યાનમાં બેઠા છે. He is sitting in meditation of the Soul.
પાસે એક કમંડળ છે. બીજી મોરપીંછા છે. Next to him there is a water container (kamandal). And a peacock feather
duster.
સાચા મુનિને આત્મજ્ઞાન હોય છે. A real Monk has the true knowledge of the Soul.
કુંદકુંદમુનિ આચાર્ય હતા. Kundkundmuni was an Acharya (a Leader of Monks).
આચાર્ય તે મુનિ છે. ઉપાધ્યાય તે મુનિ છે. An Acharya is a Monk. An Upadhyay is also a Monk.
