Compelling construction of basement

Basement should necessarily constructed in West facing buildings. Such basement should be either in the whole area or at least 1/6th area towards NorthEast as shown. If however the basement is in the whole construction, in case towards North/East even if there be road / open space there shall not be any doors. Such doors should only be towards South. In case of underground tank it may be away form the North & East walls at least by a foot.

Construction of Slab
Kitchen and store can be anywhere in the N construction but shelves shall always be in South and West walls as shown and never on East and North walls.
Duplex House / Magazine Floor
The shaded areas are appropriate for multilevel constructions. However the top roof for the whole construction including that on the shaded area shall be only one without any difference in it's levels.
Road & plinth levels & drainage

Plinth level should be a maximum of one foot about the road level. Slope of the flooring should be from SouthWest to NorthEast. Water should be drained out only towards NorthEast (shaded area). From here underground drain pipes should be drawn to the sewers.
RCC Slab
For lesser construction in the plot. First Option
Construction should be as shown in West to East. This is the Best.
Second Option
Construction should only be on the South & West side and leave open space in the North & East. This is only a temporary solution for in this construction, there will be no development.
Construction of RCC roof Slab
The roof slab shall be even and shall have no slope towards directions.
