North West & South East Side Compound wall / parapet wall's thickness should be similar to one another.
Compound wall / parapet wall shall be thicker and higher on South West sides. Glass pieces or spikes may also be placed
Bore well shall always be towards East. Septic tank should be in North side. Other rooms, kitchen, toilet etc may be placed as per convenience. Staircase should be abutting South West wall and should not adjoing South East & North West walls. Septic tank can be construct outside the construction/room, it leads to minor defects.

If however the basement is in the whole construction, in case towards North West / South East even if there be road / open space there shall not be any doors.
