RCC Slab
Bore well shall always be towards NorthEast. Septic tank should be in the middle of North side. Other rooms, kitchen, toilet etc may be placed as per convenience. Staircase should be abutting South or West wall. Boring & septic tank can be constructed outside construction/ room, it leads to minor defects.
Doors should always be at places indicated in the map.

South Facing Constructions
Even for going. up, door is kept in the debilitating side consequent to staircase this would not be a fault.

Shelves / Lofts etc can be placed in any S room on Souther and Western walls and away from the corner as shown.
Central Area
There shall be no construction of ditches, sumps at this place. Including S bore well, septic tank etc. or else whole family will be ruined.

For lesser construction in the plot. First Option
Construction should be as shown in East to West. This is the Best.
Second Option
Construction should only on be the West side and leave open space in the East. Construct a wall of about 2.5 feet height s on the dotted line such that the vacant area is isolated. This is only a temporary solution for in this construction, there will be no development.
North & East side Compound wall / parapet wall should always be shorter and thinner in comparison E of Southern and Western sides. No glass pieces or spikesare allowed here.

Compound wall / parapet wall -shall be thicker and higher on W Southern and Western sides. Glass pieces or spikes may also be placed here.
Compelling construction of basement

Basement should necessarily be constructed in South facing buildings. Such basement should be either in the whole area or at least 1/6th area towards North East as shown. If however the basement is in the whole construction, in case towards North/East even if there be road / open space there shall not be any doors. Such doors Basement /under- should only be towards West. In case of ground water tank underground tank it may be away form the North & East walls at least by a foot.

Such constructions on roof should best be as shown on place no. 1. While W constructing ensure that start from place 1 and proceed towards place 2 in rectangular shape. ensure at least 3 feet of space as shown.
