Tiwari delivered his lecture on Jaina Art and Iconography while Dr. Priyadarshana Jain gave her talk on Jaina Āgama Uttarādhyayana, Ratnakaranda-śrāvakācāra and Sallekhanā. Prof. Tiwari highlighted the main features of Jaina Art and Iconography with help of more than two hundred visuals. Dr. Priyadarshna beautifully elaborated the contents from the verses of Uttarādhyayana and Ratnakaranda-śrāvakācāra with the help of Power Point Presentation putting into a lot of parables and stories.
The group also visited Jaina Temples, Ghats and enjoyed the Ganga Arti, sight-seeing and beautiful morning of Benaras. They also participated in Jaina Puja organized at Naria Digambara Jaina temple. On 11th June they left for New Delhi by Air. In first group following students and scholars completed their study:
