Further, on the request of Shri Bhanwarilal Jain (Choradia) of Jalgaon, Shri Chanchal Mal Lodha collected all the details of about 3000 families of Choradia and its sub gotras (Gadhia, Golechha, Parakh, Bhatnera, Buchha, Shravan Sukha, Rampuria etc.) from all over India for the publication of the Directory entitled 'Aaditynag Choradia and its sub-gotras'.
Apart from publishing different books and directeries on Oswals. He published "History of Oswals" in 2005, with a view to give inspiration and insight to the Oswal youth into the cult and culture of the community to which they belong. This book contains not only the history of Oswal community but also the history of origin of almost 1000 gotras. It may be added that this is the only book in English language on the subject, having in it a lists of 3200 Oaswals Gotras and containing around 20 'Family Trees.'
During his serious illness he did not stop work and published Hindi version of book titled 'Oswalon Ka Itihas' and 'Aham Brahmasmi' during 2007. His publications are available at following address.
