RELIGION & CULTURE OF THE JAINS
The basic spirit of this humane way of life is 'to live and let live', and 'do unto others as one would wish them to do unto him, that is, to live a life of understanding, tolerance, sympathetic co-operation, and peaceful co-existence, nay, the still fuller and nobler co-realisation.
The seeker is well on the way of moral and spiritual advancement, gradually out steadily unfolding the inherent divinity, which is the aim of true 'religion'. This Path reflects the Jaina way of life, as well as the purpose behind it. “Those who follow this Path, never tire, because it is both the way and the destination."
