सतिनामु करता पुरखु निरभउ निरवैरु अकालमूरति अजुनी सैभं गुर प्रसादि ॥ जप ॥
The Only Infinite One,
The Only Supreme Being (God),
The Eternal,
The Universal Spirit,
The Creator,
The All-Pervading,
The Sovereign, The Harmonious,
The Immortal, The Embodiment, The Unincarnated, The Self-Existent, The Enlightener, The Bountiful.
Mul Mantra
आदि सचु जुगादि सत्तु । है भी सचु नानक होसी भी सत्तु ॥
He was Eternal before time was born, He was Eternal when time began to run its course, He is even now Eternal, and He will be Eternal for all times to come.
