________________ Siddhachakra The Wheel of Perfection IND O दास्य Ura तयम्म CIRUR RNA R2 This mandala is the purest form for meditation. The nine points of energies are harmonized in one mandala. Meditating on this mandala, one experiences holistic harmony of oneness. In the centre is the Arihanta -- The embodied liberated soul. On the top of the Arihanta is Siddha -- The perfect supreme soul. On the right side of the Arihanta is Ācārya -- Example of teaching and practice. Below Arihanta is Upādhyāya -- A Jain religious teacher in tune with the ocean of knowledge. On the left of the Arihanta is the Sadhu -- Living simplicity. The point between the Siddha and Ācārya represents vision. The point between the Ācārya and Upādhyāya represents knowledge. The point between the Upādhyāya and Sadhu represents conduct. The point between the Sadhu and Siddha represents forbearance. In this way one visualizes these energies in one's meditation. 20 Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
