Jain Center of America, New York, USA (JCA) welcomes all of you to this one in a life time event and first time in the modern history of Jainism when Adhar Abhishek of Ashtapad Mountain replica made out of Crystal and Shri Chovisi craved out of various color Gems stones will be performed at Mumbai. This event is being performed under the guidance of Pujyashri Nay Padamsagarji Maharaj Saheb. JCA is very grateful to Maharaj Saheb for his guidance and blessings. Gowalia Tank Jain Sangh has been very gracious in helping JCA with open arms. On behalf of entire JCA I want to thank Gowalia Tank Jain Sangh rnembers and Trustees for their help.
Jain Center of America, New York is a very unique center in the world where all Jains from different traditions Swetamber, Digamber, Sthanakvasi, Dadavadi, Shrimad Rajchandra worship in their own way under one roof. The center celebrated its Prathistha in June 2005. Every tradition performed the Prathistha their own way and all general functions were done together. Many Gurujis and Scholars were invited from every tradition and all were very happy to see the unity in diversity under one roof. Many visitors have visited the center since then and have expressed and written high appreciative comments in our guest book in Gujarati, Hindi, English. Now with Shri Ashtapadji being installed at Jain Center of
this will be the center for all Jains to visit and pray. JCA is the only center in the world to have this precious Shri Ashtapadji Mountain and Shri Chovisi. Pratishtha celebrations are being planed in 2009 or 2010 in New York. Further information will be published as soon as final dates are fixed. JCA invites all to attend the once in life time Prathistha ceremony of Shri Ashtapadji in New York, USA at our Temple.
We Jains abroad are trying and doing our best to preserve and practice Jainisam and its principles. On behalf of JCA I want thank all who have helped in organising this event. Special thanks to Mohnot Gems & their team who have done a wonderful work of carving the stones and creating this replicas along with the idols thus making a dream come true.
