"समितिगुप्ति साधारण धर्म व्यापारत्वमेव योगत्वं ।" - Acharya Shivmuni's Jain Yoga "All activities should be undertaken carefully and with restraint and it is yoga." “त्रिविधः योगः प्रज्ञप्तः तद्यया मनोयोगः वाग्योगः काययोगः । 13 । ।” -Thananga Sutra "Yoga is three fold i.e. cautiously undertaken activities of mind, speech and body." "ठाणेणं मोणेणं झाणेणं अप्पाणं बोसरामि ।।" - Kayotsarga Sutra Yoga is to be firm and stable in body posture, speech, mind without any sort of misery. “यत्रैकाग्रता तय विशेषात । 4/1/11।।” - Brahma Sutra "Concentration in every act, every moment is essential in yoga." "योगाश्चित्तवृत्ति निरोधः । 2 ।।" -Patanjali's Yogasutra, Samadhipad Here the word ":" should imply unwavering mind i.e. concentration on the activity in hand. It should not be misconstrued as cessation of activity of mind.
