O Revered of all saints! may Thy feet be ever enshrined in my heart as a light that destroys all darkness, and there be engraved, and impressed, and fixed, and maged and unified with it! एकेन्द्रियाया यदि देव देहिनः, प्रमादतः संचरता इतस्ततः । क्षता विभिन्ना मिलिता निपीड़िता, तदस्तु मिथ्या दुरनुष्ठितं तदा ॥५॥
O Lord! if I have, by the carelessness of my movements, destroyed, cut asunder, brought in (incom | patible) connection, or other wise injured, any organism endowed with one or more senses, may such wrong action of mine be annulled!
विमुक्तिमार्ग प्रतिकूलवर्त्तिना, मया कषायावशेन दुर्धिया । चारित्र शुद्धेर्यंद कारि लोपनं, तदस्तु
मिथ्या मम दुष्कृतं प्रभो ॥६॥ Moving away from the path of salvation, if I have, in consequence of being overpowered by passions and lusts, perversely omitted to observe the rules of proper conduct, may suchfailings of mine, O'Master ! be set at nought !

| विनिन्दनालोचन गौरहं, मनोवचः कायकषाय निर्मितम् । निहन्मि पापं भवदुःखकारणं, भिषग्विष मंत्रगुणैरिवाखिलम् ॥७॥
By self-analysis, selfcensure and repentance, I destroy sin, from which all ills in the cosmos proceed, whether it be committed through mind, speech or body or through passion, just as the physician destroys the evil effect of poison by the power of incantations !
श्रतिक्रमं यं विमतेर्व्यतिक्रम, जिनातिचारं सुचरित्रकर्मणः । व्यधादनाचारमपि प्रमादतः, प्रतिक्रमं तस्य करोमि शुद्धये ॥८॥
O World-Victor! I purify myself by performing expurgation for all foolish deviations from rectitude due to indifference, whether it amount to atikarma, vyatikarma, atichara anáchara!

क्षतिं मनःशुद्विविधेरतिक्रमं, व्यतिक्रम शीलट तेवि लंघनम् । प्रभोऽतिचार विषयेषु वर्त्तनं, वदन्त्यनाचार मिहातिसक्तताम् ॥६॥
