VOLUME V. Volume V describes in detail the man'scripts on Sranta prayoga, numbering 420 (Nos. 2957—2776). The Volume begins with the description of the seven oma Samsthas (i.e.,) Agnimfoma, Atyagnigtoma, Ukthya, Atirätra, $ɔdaği, Aptoryāma and Vä japeya. The manuscripts dealing with each of these samsthas completely are first described in detail. At the end of each complete samsthå, the manuscripts dealing with the prayoga relating to individual Rtviks are described.
The manuscripts described belong to the three schools of Āgvalāyana, Āpastamba and Bodhāyana.
Independent works on Srauta, dealing with the various schools find a place next to the inanuscripts dealing with the prayoga relating to individual Rtviks. These are followed by the description of certain metrical works, technically called Srauta Kirikás. They summarise the procedure to be adopted in the performance of the various sacrifices.
Manuscripts dealing with the expiatory ceremonies (Prayas. cittas) are dealt with next. Most of these expiatory ceremonies are, it may be observed, in the form of iştis. Other miscellaneous iqti-prayogas are described in detail after the prayascittas. The volume concludes with the description of the manuscripts dealing with the various Sastras.
VOLUME VI. Volume VI describes the Kavya M86. in the Library. This Library is particularly rich in Kavya manuscripts. These are
