(Prof. Albert Vajs, President Federation & Jewish Co munism, Yugoslavia)
Religion gave to the World the lesson of peace and Universal love. Religion had throughout the ages illuminated the human mind with the light Divine, but man, it seems, has left the straight path of Religion and is groping in the dark jungle of selfish sub-human existence. Religion provides the only hope for humanity and the revival of love, Truth and NonViolence, the three corner-stones of religion, is the crying need of the day. For this purpose, which is also the objective of the World Conference of Religions, I pray for its success. I hope and pray that this conference spreads the message of Lord Mahavira to establish peace on earth.
Acharya Shri Atma Ram ji "If I am in Delhi, I shall be delighted to come. If I am not, my best wishes are with you on the occasion."
(K.M. Munshi, Bombay).
