There is neither creation nor destruction by any omnipotent power, but there is formation or change as above. The above three factors, viz, formation, existence. and change are never at rest, they are in perpetual motion. The universe is in a constant state of flux
Besides pudgal or matter there is another element as Dharma This helps the soul and Pudgal or the unconscious matter, in the state of movement. It.however does not move in itself. It is helpful in the movement of other objects like the railway lines which are helpful in the movement of Engines. Adharma is that which checks the right movement of objects as opposed to Dharma in its fuction. Akasa or space is the fourth kind of substance which : gives room or space to all other substances within it. Kala* or time is the fifth kind of substance
