are given by none other than their actions. They themselves should have the result of actions, otherwise they would not reap the fruits of their action or they would get fruits without doing any. thing. The liberation is the result of the worship and that is nothing but the integral mode of the self; so that cannot be given by others. It is to be gained by one's own effort. Jinabhadra has discussed this in details and one should consult this part of his Viśeşā vaśyakabhāşya.
