Jinanathapur, not far from Candragiri, a temple (bastī) dedicated to śānti dating from the XIIh century. It is one of the glories of Jain art in the region, decorated in “hoyasala” style. Its outer walls are covered with successive horizontal friezes, from the top to the bottom. Inside, there is a forest of pillars.
