S. 1263 (A. D. 1207) The book is written in the form of questions and answers R Devendrasuri, pupil of Dhanesvarasūri of Nagendragatohha, composed the Chandraprabhacharita in Somesvarapura (Somanatha Pattana) in V. S. 1254 (or A. D 1197-8) He is said to have founded Serisa tirth, near Kalol, in the Mehsana District of Bombay State.(s). Jinadattasūri, founder of the Vayatiya-gatchha, flourished about V. S. 1265 (A. D. 1209). He helped many persons to embrace Jainism He is known as the author of the Sr Jinendracharita, the Vivekavilāsa and the Suhanašāstra.
