JAINISM, CHRISTIANITY & SCIENCE Those who enter into the Kingdom of Heaven are deemed to have attained Nirvana. . The following quotations are worthy of note: But to Christians, after their departure from the world, no restriction of marriage is promised in the day of resurrection, translated as they will be into the condition and sanctity of angels."A.N.C.L. vol. xi. p. 280. "But that you may know that ignorance of itself brings destruction, (I assure you that) when the soul departs from the body, it is driven forth from the light... as ungrateful and unfaithful.".
