Consecrated Mount: Abode of Gods:
Salvation unto us,
What nobler wish could we rejoice, Than offer up ourselves.
Among the holy mountains vie, The Glory of Satrunjaya; Where sits within each Sanctuary, An image of the Holy.
City of Temples 'Holy Spirits' Befriend us in distress,
The earth seems coloured with our griefs
Lead us ere we transgress.
Exalted Lord! 'Great Tirthankars'
The Holy SatrunjayaThy greatest of Legacies we have, Is hanging by a thread.
Restrained by Power from April day We have not come to pray. But shall we humble down and sit Like beggars in the street?

A tax-a Poll tax State has laid; Our fate has so ordained, And usurped us of every right And rule the law with might.
O Lord of Ours: O Tirthankars! Give ear to our affictions.
The autocrats lay deep their schemes Against our sacred rights.
The month of Chaitra treads of late, -The time for Pilgrimage, When tens of thousands trod the Hill, But now no soul is seen.
Be thou not silent at this hour, The foe now swells with pow'r; And strikes against our Liberty To crush us under sway.
Answer our prayers Great Trithankars! Guides of Righteousness!
Have pity on us, and offer help, For thou alone could help.
We shall not hate who even hurt, The way to win is Love. Ignorant folk they know not GOD, In darkness they walk on.
Oh foolishness of man! how long Your judgment you will drag? There's GOD-a just and severe Judge To expiate our wrong.
