It is not the blockage of valve which what non-medical person usually interprete.
There are various factors which led to Heart attack1. Strong Family History of Ischaemic Heart disease
i.e. both parents or any other blood relation have heart problem. That's why a person having no risk factor develops at the young age Heart
Attack. 2. Diabetes - In the world of stress and strain.
Diabetes is no more a word of past lack of physical activity, increased mental stress and various other factors leading to development of diabetes which both directly and indirectly
damages the Heart. 3. High Blood Pressure - It also effect heart by
increasing its wall thickness and its enlargement. 4. Obesity - Obesilty has got many hazard out of
which one important is heart problem. 5. High Cholestrol and Tri Glecride (TGL). 6. Smoking. 7. Alcohal and various other factors. .Now regarding treatment part there are two mode
-- Medical, Surgical
Initially it is treated medically. Now a days mass formulating for Throumbolysis within 4-6 hrs of Heart Attack are available which gives very good result's like streptotanas Urotrinase tp A etc. Oral Medication. But very important factor in personal care in the form of changing life style - physical active Diet restricting, avoid spices fow, smoking Alcohal reduce body upto control of risk factor like Diabetes, High BP. Regular medical follow up & timely medicating. If one follow the normas properly he can be as much good by any means as before Heart Attack.
