________________ TORONTO JAIN SOCIETY OFFICERS FOR '87 ELECTED TORONTO, ON. At the General Body meeting held on March 23, 1987, new officers were elected for the Executive Committee. Dinesh Jain and B. N. Shah were re-elected as President and Vice-President respectively. Jaswant Shah is the new Secretary and Bhadra Kothari is the Treasurer. Members at large are: Ramesh Varia, Pritam Mehta, Prafel Shah, Ramnik Kothari and Sach Jain. JAIN STUDY CIRCLE FORMALLY ORGANISED FLUSING, NY. Jains in North America indeed have been enjoying 'Jain Study Circular', a quarterly, on Jain philosophy and Religion, published by the Jain Study Circle of Flushing, NY, for the past seven years. The success of this acclaimed Quarterly goes to Dr. Dulichandra Jain, a scholar and a man of great thoughts and deeds. Jain Center of Boston played a major part in the success by undertaking the responsibility of mailing the circular to about 3100 Jain families in USA and Canada. Jain Study Circle, now formally has become an organisation having its own constitution and charter. Consequently Jain Study Circular will be mailed free to all Jains in North America by the newly organised, Jain Study Circular. A mailing list is under preparation for this reason, and Jain members are requested to communicate.
