This doctrine of anekantveda can solve many conficts. The world we live in is dualistic; men differ from one another in several ways. Anekanta can free people from false tenacity and obduracy. It teaches the principles of dialectical relation, co-existence, autonomy, relativity and reconciliation. If these principles are put in practice then they can lead to social revolution through individual transformation leading to peaceful co-existence throughout the world.
The basic philosophy of Janism consists of the principles of reverence for life, equality, non-possessiveness, self-restraint, peaceful co-exisence, the truth and the doctrine of anekantveda. These are very much releavant today. The preaching and practice of these principles only can save the world from violence, wars, conflicts and insecurity.
