________________ 16 FIVE GREAT HEALERS SPEAK HERE There are many who believe in an ethical life but cannot easily accept the logic of karma and the concept that illness has come to them because they have harassed somebody in the past. If it is at all possible, the healer should try to teach such people to be more than ethical, to be compassionate and devote more time to benefitting others. If they begin to live on that level, they will reduce the effect of the previous actions and feel better.
