I will say that a healer cannot use these at will. Only a medium or a psychic can use any method. The rest of the healing people can not deviate from their accustomed procedure. Can anyone be a healer?
Yes, it seems that this gift is common among the African people. Many Africans who were never interested in spiritualism or related activities have died and become impressive healing guides.
