I, the superintendent of the Jain Swetamber Boarding of Ahmedabad, on behall of the students and myself, take this opportunity of expressing our joy and satisfaction on the occasion of your appointment to the post of chief Justice of the Wachwan State in Kathia war.
Ever since you came to Ahmedabad, you have been taking keen and sympathetic interest in all movements calculated to the progress of Jainism and amelioration of the social condition of our Jain brothers. It was you, sir, who inspired by love of exlucation started a Boarding Sahayak Mandal with a view to help the Boarding when it was badly in need of pecuniary help and tried your best to get money for the boarding for whicl: we are grateful to you.
We are confident that wherever you will go, you will not for set the chain of love that ties you to this Boarding, and in the place where your duty calls you at present, you wili, by the valuable qualities of your head and heart, do useful service to the public and thus win their sympathy and love.
In conclusion we wish with the innerinosi seelings of our heart that you may have a long and useful carcer ind that all your efforts be crowned with success.
