28. [Q.] Bhante! Does ajiva with krishna leshya, neel leshya... and so म 卐 on up to... shukla leshya transform (into one with black soul-complexion)
and then gets reborn among divine beings with black soul-complexion (leshya) ?
Ans.) Yes, Gautam! Follow the pattern as mentioned in the first lesson 9 (of thirteenth chapter) with regard to infernal beings. __२९. नीललेसाए वि जहेव नेरइयाणं जहा नीललेस्साए।
[२९.] नीललेश्यी (देवों) के विषय में भी उसी प्रकार कहना चाहिए, जिस प्रकार नीललेश्यी नैरयिकों के विषय में कहा है।
29. For divine beings with neel leshya (blue soul-complexion) too repeat what has been stated about infernal beings with neel leshya (blue soulcomplexion).
३०. एवं जाव पम्हलेस्सेसु।
[३०.] (जिस प्रकार नीललेश्यी देवों के विषय में कहा है), उसी प्रकार यावत् (कापोत, तेजस्, एवं) पद्मलेश्यी देवों के विषय में कहना चाहिए।
30. What has been said about divine beings with neel leshya (blue soulcomplexion) should also be repeated for other soul-complexions (from pigeon soul-complexion)... and so on up to... divine beings with padma leshya (pink soul-complexion).
३१. सुक्कलेस्सेसु एवं चेव, नवरं लेस्साठाणेसु विसुज्झमाणेसु विसुज्झमाणेसु सुक्कलेस्सं परिणमइ सुक्कलेसं परिणमित्ता सुक्कलेस्सेसु देवेसु उववज्जंति, से तेणटेणं जाव उववज्जंति। सेवं भंते ! सेवं भंते ! त्ति.।
- ॥ तेरसमे सए : बीओ उद्देसओ समत्तो॥ __[३१] शुक्ललेश्यी देवों के विषय में भी इसी प्रकार कहना चाहिए। केवल विशेषता
इतनी ही है कि लेश्या स्थान विशुद्ध होते-होते शुक्ल लेश्या में परिणमित हो जाते हैं और शुक्ल है लेश्या में परिणमित होने के पश्चात् ही (वे जीव) शुक्ललेश्यी देवों में उत्पन्न होते हैं। इस प्रकार म से (हे गौतम!) यावत् 'उत्पन्न होते हैं' ऐसा कहा गया है।
