ENGLISH PRATIKRAMAN .2. .3. .4. .5. I will now meditate in a complete motionless posture (Käyotsarga) for a specified duration. I will remain motionless except for breathing, coughing, sneezing, yawning, belching, involuntarily losing balance, vomiting, fainting, subtle flickering movements of eyes and other involuntary bodily movements. I will meditate and keep myself (my soul) away from all sinful activities by keeping my body motionless and observing complete silence. At the conclusion of meditation, I will complete the Käyotsarga by offering salutations to Arihanta. Note: - The proper posture for meditation is to sit or stand-up straight, with eyes half open, and focused on the scripture located in the center on Sthäpanä and recite the Namaskär Sutra in silence. If you cannot keep your eyes half-open, then keep them fully closed. Do Käusagga (Meditation) of 12 Namaskär Sutra in silent meditation and remain in a motionless posture. 63Page Navigation
