हिन्दी समय व्याख्या गाथा ६३ अन्वयार्थ—( यदि ) यदि ( कर्म ) कर्म ( कर्म करोति ) कर्मको करे और ( स: आत्मा ) आत्मा ( आत्मानम् करोति ) आत्माको करे तो ( कर्म ) कर्म ( फलम् कथं ददाति ) आत्माको फल क्यों देगा ( न ! और ( आत्मा ! अगा। तस्य पलं भुटते ) उसका फल क्यों भोगेगा?
टीका-~-यदि कर्म और जीवको अन्योन्य अकर्तापना हो, तो 'अन्यका दिया हुआ फल अन्य भोगे' ऐसा प्रसंग आयेगा, ऐसा दोष बतलाकर यहाँ पूर्वपक्ष उपस्थित किया गया है ।।६३।।

हिन्दी तात्पर्यवृत्ति गाथा ६३ उत्थानिका-आगे पूर्वोक्त प्रकारसे अभेद छः कारकका व्याख्यान करते हुये निश्चयनयसे यह व्याख्यान किया गया । इसे सुनकर नयोंके विचारको न जानता हुआ शिष्य एकांतको ग्रहण करके पूर्व पक्ष करता है।
अन्वय सहित सामान्यार्थ-(जदि) यदि (कम्म) द्रव्यकर्म ( कम्म) द्रव्यकर्मको एकांतसे विना जीवके परिणामकी अपेक्षाके ( कुवदि ) करता है और ( सो अप्पा) वह आत्मा ( अप्पाणं) अपनेको ही ( करेदि) करता है-द्रव्यकर्मको नहीं करता है तो (किध) किस तरह (अप्पा) आत्मा ( तस्स फलं) उस बिना किये हुए कर्मका फलको { भुजदि ) भोगता है ( च ) और ( कम्म) वह जीवसे बिना किया हुआ कर्म ( फलं च देदि) आत्मा में फल कैसे देता है ।
