पंचम कर्मग्रन्थ अन्तःकोडाकोड़ी सागर से हीन स्थितिबंध होता ही नहीं है, क्योंकि प्रन्थिभेदन करने पर ही हीन बंध होना संभव है लेकिन अभव्य संजी ग्रन्थिदेश तक पहुँचता है परन्तु उसका भेदन करने में असमर्थ होने से पुनः नीचे आ जाता है। ___ सासादन से अपूर्वकरण गृणस्थान तक के स्थितिबंध में जन्म.कोडाकोड़ो सागर प्रमाण से न्यूनाधिकता नहीं होने पर जिज्ञासु प्रश्न पूछता है कि यदि न्यूनाधिकता नहीं है तो आगे स्थितिबंध के अल्पबहुत्व में जो यह कहा गया कि विरति के उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध से देशविरति का जघन्य स्थितिबंध संख्यात गुणा, उससे अविरत सम्यग्दृष्टि अपर्याप्त का जघन्य, उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध संख्यात गुणा होता है, कैसे माना जायेगा ?. इसका उत्तर यह है कि जैसे नौ समय से लेकर समयन्यून मुहूर्त तक अन्तमुहूर्त के असंख्यात भेद होते हैं वैसे ही साधु के उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध से लेकर समयाधिक पर्याप्त संज्ञी पंचेन्द्रिय के उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध तक असंख्यात के स्थितिबंध भेद होते हैं जो अन्तःकोडाकोड़ी प्रमाण हैं । अतः संख्यातगुणे मानने पर किसी प्रकार का विरोध नहीं है। ___ इस प्रकार से गुणस्थानों में स्थितिबंध का निरूपण करके अब आगे की गाथाओं में एकेन्द्रिय आदि जीवों की अपेक्षा से स्थितिबन्ध का अल्पबहुत्व बतलाते हैं।
जइलहबंधो बायर पज्ज असंखगुण सुटुमपहिगो । एसिं अपजाण ला सुहमेअरअपलपज्ज गुरू ॥४॥ लहू बिय पज्जअपने अपजेयर बिय गुरू हिमो एवं । ति घज असन्निसु नवरं संखगुणो बियप्रमणपण्जे ॥५०॥ तो जइजिट्ठो बंधो संखगुणो देसविरय हस्सियरो। सम्मबउ सनिचउरो लिइषाणुकम संसगुणा ॥४॥
