तथा तिर्यच यदि अविरत सम्यग्दृष्टि हों तो देवायु का बंध करते हैं । जिससे चौथे गुणस्थान की विशुद्धि उत्कृष्ट मनुष्यायु के बंध का कारण नहीं हो सकती है ।

अब दूसरे सासादन गुणस्थान में तिर्यंचायु के उत्कृट स्थितिबंध के बारे में विचार करते हैं। दूसरा सासादन गुणस्थान उसी समय होता है जब जीव सम्यक्त्व का वमन करके मिथ्यात्व के अभिमुख होता है । अतः सम्यक्त्व गुण के अभिमुख मिथ्यादृष्टि की अपेक्षा सम्यक्त्व गुण से विमुख सासादन सम्यग्दृष्टि के अधिक विशुद्धि नहीं होती हैं, जिससे तिर्यंचायु का उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध सासादन सम्यग्दृष्टि को नहीं हो सकता है ।
इस प्रकार से तीर्थंकर आहारकद्विक, देवायु के उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध का तथा मिध्यादृष्टि को शेष ११६ प्रकृतियों का उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध होने का सामान्य से स्पष्टीकरण करने के बाद अब आगे की गाथा में चार गतियों के मिथ्यादृष्टि जीव किन-किन प्रकृतियों का उत्कृष्ट स्थितिबंध करते हैं, यह विस्तार से बतलाते हैं ।

The second Sasadan Gunasthan occurs when the soul, after vomiting Samyaktva (right faith), turns towards Mithyatva (false faith). Therefore, compared to Mithyadristi (false faith) which is directed towards the Samyaktva Gun (quality of right faith), Sasadan Samyagdristi (right faith) which is turned away from the Samyaktva Gun, does not have greater purity. This is why the excellent state of Tiryanchayu cannot be bound to Sasadan Samyagdristi.
