The term "Swik Dharma-Sannyasa Yoga" is used. In the science of human beings, the beginning of Yoga is considered to be "Purva Seva". From "Purva Seva" comes "Adhyatma", from "Adhyatma" comes "Bhavana", from "Bhavana" comes "Dhyana" and "Samata", from "Dhyana" and "Samata" comes "Vritti-Sakshama" and from "Vritti-Sakshama" and "Vritti-Sankshaya" comes "Moksha".
