इसका समाधान यह है कि एक-एक निगोद गोलक में अनन्त जीव होते हैं; इनका असंख्यात भाग प्रतिसमय मरता और विप्रगति में वर्तमान रहता है । ऊपर कहा गया है कि विग्रहगति में वर्तमान जीव अनाहारक हो होते हैं। ये अनाहारक इतने अधिक होते हैं, जिससे फुल आहारक जीव, कुल अनाहारकों की अपेक्षा अनन्तगण कभी नहीं होने पाते, किन्तु असंख्यातगुण ही रहते हैं ॥१४४॥
