स्तनाविश्मयकेशावि, मावाभाघसमन्वितम् । नपुसकं बुधाः प्राह, मोहानलसुदीपितम् ॥३॥
बाव चिन्ह के सम्बन्ध में यह कथन बहलता की अपेक्षा से है। क्योंकि कभी कभी पुरुष के चिन्ह, स्त्री में और स्त्री के चिन्ह, पुरुष में देखे जाते हैं। इस बात की सत्यता के लिये नीचे-लिखे उद्धरण देखने योग्य हैं:
