We'll begin with centering/breathing and end with a guided meditation. You will leave with something you can practice on your own time.

Bullying Prevention & Intervention Sushil Jain Diversity & Inclusion HS 67% of teenagers reported being a victim of bullying. Only 1 out of 25 cases are reported. Bullying results in depression, substance abuse and even suicide. We will examine and discuss bullying, what we can do to prevent it and how we can intervene. Can we work together to build a community of respect? Our session objective will be: “No Place for Hate."
