The Vinaya Sutra of the Mula Sarvāstivādin school of Buddhism by Bhadant Gunaprabha, as edited by Rahul Sankrityāyana, bas, as shown above, 17 chapters followed by a few Karikas and each chapter is divided into several sub sections.
The text of this Vinaya Sutra as edited by Rāhulji is now placed before the world of scholars. He intended to write an Introduction to t himself in his life time, but could not do so on account of his saa demise. A brief introduction, is therefore given here.
