________________ The present edition of the Vasupujyacharita is based on the following Mss. . . A. á mödern, fairly correct Ms. 182 leaves, 12 lines on a page, dated Samvat 1916. B. an old and yood Ms. but it omits frequently verses or parts of verses; 107 leaves, 17 lines on a page. It bears no date, but, judging from its appearance and the form of the letters, it may be 300-400 years old. C. a bad Ms. written by an ignorant scribe. Besides the text it contains an interlineary Guzerati Taba; 505 leaves. Dated Samyat 1859, Saku 1721, Mayba Sudi 9. -Monday. D. a carefully written Ms; though it is you izger than B, it has the advantage of containing no lacun ie. Not dated, but apparently older than C. All these Mss. have kindly been lent me by Vakil Keshavlal Premchand B.A, L L.B. of Ahmedabad.
