Meaning: Q.IX.25.1 A.IX.25.1 How many types of self-study (sv dhy ya) austerities are there? Teaching (v c na), questioning (pracchan ), contemplation (anupreks ), recitation ( mn ya) and preaching (dharmopade a) are the five types of self study austerities.
