But, we need your help to make this convention the best yet. Bringing together youth from across the country, biennial conventions remain YJA's greatest and strongest asset in providing a forum for youth to learn and share our wonderful heritage. Youth walk away with a tremendous amount of knowledge, many new friends, and a strong motivation to learn more about their religion. YJA Convention 2002 showcases over seventy unique educational sessions to participants under the banner Walking the Path of Jainism. This exciting theme focuses on teaching youth how to apply the principles of Jainism in their daily lives. Participants will learn the importance of Pratikraman, incorporate the power of Ahimsa, and understand the meaning behind our bhavanas. But, this convention cannot happen without your vital support. Parents have been our biggest advocates and strongest supporters since YJA's inception in 1991. You have recognized the importance of our mission and have donated generously in the past. We hope that you will recognize this opportunity to help us once again.
