OBJECTIVES RESPONSIBILITY METHODOLOGY TIME FRAME MEASUREMENT 6.1 Set up annual budget for Jaina's operation On going Jaina Executive Committee Chair persons of the various committees and Treasurer of JAINA Establish July 1 - June 30th as a financial year Prepare the detailed budget for Jain Digest and Jaina Focus Prepare detailed budget for Jaina's administrative office which should be inclusive of paid administrative assistant to Jaina's President and other related expenses Have all the chairpersons of various committees prepare a detailed budget for their committees activities on a yearly basis Having an approved budget by Jain's Executive Committee in June for the fiscal year to begin in July 1. The budget should include sources of expense and revenue.
