The reference to the occurrence of the lunar eclipse that the given date corresponds to Tuesday, 2 April, A.C. 1056. But according to the Surya Siddhānta. the Full Moon day was suppressed on that day'. However, on calculating according to the Brahma Siddhānta it is found that the Full Moon day commenced about 1 h. 52 m. before local sunrise on that day. It means that the date is quite regular according to the Brahma Siddhānta.
