By saying the Navakär Mantra, we pay our respects to the Arihantas, Siddhas, Ächäryas, Upädhyäys, and the Sädhus. Every morning, as soon as I get up, I sit up, close my eyes, and recite Navakär Mantra seven times, to respect and remember the qualities of the five supreme beings (Pancha Paramesthi). I also think that I am Jain and I follow the teachings of Tirthankar Bhagawän. I have the ability to do all the good things I wish to do. I should love everyone and treat everyone nicely.
