प्रस्तावना
[ ४७ अन्तरायकर्मका केवल एक ही बन्धस्थान है, क्योंकि पहले गुणस्थानसे लेकर दशवें गुणस्थान तकके सभी जीव अन्तरायकमकी पांचोंही प्रकृतियोंका बन्ध करते है ।
३ प्रथम महादण्डकचूलिका आठों कर्मोकी १४८ उत्तर प्रकृतियोंमेंसे बन्ध-योग्य प्रकृतियां केवल १२० बतलाई गई हैं, उनमें भी मिथ्यात्व गुणस्थानमें बन्ध-योग्य ११७ ही हैं, क्योंकि तीर्थंकर और आहारशरीरआहारकअंगोपांग इन तीन प्रकृतियोंका यहां बन्ध नहीं होता है। इन ११७ मेंसे प्रथमोपशम सम्यक्त्वको उत्पन्न करनेके सन्मुख जो तिर्यंच या मनुष्य मिथ्यादृष्टि जीव है, वह केवल ७३ ही प्रकृतियोंको बांधता है, शेष असातावेदनीय, नपुंसकवेद, स्त्रीवेद आदि ४४ अशुभप्रकृतियोंका वह बन्ध नहीं करता है। उक्त जीव सम्यक्त्वोत्पत्तिके समय किसी आयुकर्मका भी बन्ध नहीं करता है । प्रस्तुत ग्रन्थमें जितने भी सूत्र आये हैं, उन सबमें इस चूलिकाका दूसरा सूत्र सबसे अधिक लम्बा है, इसलिए इसे प्रथम महादण्डक कहा जाता है ।
४ द्वितीय महादण्डकचूलिका ___ इस द्वितीय महादण्डकर्म प्रथमोपशम सम्यक्त्वके अभिमुख देव और सातवीं पृथिवीके नारकियोंको छोड़कर शेष छह पृथिवियोंके नारकी मिथ्यादृष्टि जीवोंके बन्ध-योग्य ६७ प्रकृतियोंको गिनाया गया है । अधिक लम्बा सूत्र होनेके कारण इसे दूसरा महादण्डक कहा जाता है।
५ तृतीय महादण्डकचूलिका इस चूलिकामें प्रथमोपशम सम्यक्त्वके अभिमुख सातवीं पृथिवीके मिथ्यादृष्टि नारकी जीवके बन्ध-योग्य ७३ प्रकृतियोंको गिनाया गया है। इस सूत्रके भी अधिक लम्बे होनेके कारण इसे तीसरा महादण्डक कहा जाता है ।
६ उत्कृष्ट स्थितिचूलिका कर्मोका स्वरूप, उनके भेद-प्रभेद और बन्धस्थानोंके जान लेनेपर प्रत्येक अभ्यासीके हृदयमें यह जिज्ञासा उत्पन्न होगी कि एक वार बंधे हुए कर्म कितने कालतक जीवके साथ रहते हैं, सब कर्मोंका स्थितिकाल समान है, या हीनाधिक ? बंधनेके कितने समयके पश्चात कर्म अपना फल देते हैं ? इस प्रकारकी जिज्ञासा-पूर्तिके लिए उत्कृष्ट स्थिति और जघन्य स्थिति नामवाली दो चूलिकाओंका निर्माण किया गया है । उत्कृष्ट स्थितिचूलिकामें आठों कर्मोकी उत्कृष्ट स्थिति बतलाई गई है । यथा-- ज्ञानावरणीय, दर्शनावरणीय, वेदनीय और अन्तराय इन चार कर्मोंकी उत्कृष्ट स्थिति ३० कोडाकोड़ी सागरोपम है । मोहनीयकर्मकी उत्कृष्ट स्थिति ७० कोडाकोड़ी सागरोपम है। नाम
