1. In the Vedamargana (path of knowledge) of the Appabahuganugage (infinite-fold), the number of Upasamasamyagdristi (quiescent right-belief) Jivas is innumerable times the number of Ksayikasamyagdristi (destructive right-belief) Jivas among the Strivediyas (female-sensed beings). ॥157॥
2. Among the Strivediyas, the number of Vedakasamyagdristi (sensual right-belief) Jivas is innumerable times the number of Upasamasamyagdristi Jivas. ॥158॥
3. Similarly, the Appurvakarana (non-origination) and Anivrttikarna (non-cessation) Guna-sthanas (stages of spiritual development) should be understood to have a small-to-large ratio among the Strivediyas. ॥159॥
4. The Upasamika (quiescent) Jivas are the least among the Strivediyas. ॥160॥ The Ksapaka (destructive) Jivas are innumerable times the Upasamika Jivas. ॥161॥
5. In the two Ardhas (halves) of the Purusavediyas (male-sensed beings), the Upasamika Jivas are small in number compared to the entry (Pravesana). ॥162॥
6. The Ksapaka Jivas are innumerable times the Upasamika Jivas in the Purusavediyas. ॥163॥
7. The Apramattasamyata (non-negligent self-restrained) and Anupasamika (non-quiescent) Jivas are innumerable times the Ksapaka Jivas in the Purusavediyas. ॥164॥
8. The Pramattasamyata (negligent self-restrained) Jivas are innumerable times the Apramattasamyata Jivas, and the Samyataasamyata (self-restrained and non-self-restrained) Jivas are innumerable times the Pramattasamyata Jivas in the Purusavediyas. ॥165-166॥
9. The Sasadanasamyagdrsti (quasi-right-belief) Jivas are innumerable times the Samyagmithyadrsti (right-and-wrong-belief) Jivas in the Purusavediyas. ॥167-168॥
10. The Asanyatasamyagdrsti (non-self-restrained right-belief) Jivas are innumerable times the Samyagmithyadrsti Jivas, and the Mithyadrsti (wrong-belief) Jivas are innumerable times the Asanyatasamyagdrsti Jivas in the Purusavediyas. ॥169-170॥
11. In the stages of Asanyata (non-self-restraint), Samyata (self-restraint), Asamyata (non-self-restraint), Pramatta (negligent), Apramatta (non-negligent), and Samyata, the abundance of Samyaktva (right-belief) is immeasurable. ॥171॥
