१३२] छक्खंडागमे जीवट्ठाणं
[ १, ५, १९ जीव संज्ञी, पंचेन्द्रिय और पर्याप्तक ऐसे संमूर्छन जन्मवाले मत्स्य, कछुआ व मेंढक आदि तियंच जीवोंमें उत्पन्न हुआ और सर्वलघु अन्तर्मुहूर्त काल द्वारा सर्व पर्याप्तियोंसे पर्याप्तपनेको प्राप्त हुआ (१)। पुनः विश्राम लेता हुआ (२) विशुद्ध हो करके (३) संयमासंयमको प्राप्त हुआ । वहांपर वह पूर्वकोटि काल तक संयमासंयमको पालन करके मरा और सौधर्म कल्पको आदि लेकर आरण-अच्युत पर्यन्त कल्पोंके देवोंमें उत्पन्न हुआ। तब वहां संयमासंयम नष्ट हो गया। इस प्रकार आदिके तीन अन्तर्मुहूर्तोसे कम पूर्वकोटि प्रमाण संयमासंयमका उत्कृष्ट काल प्राप्त होता है ।
पमत्त-अप्पमत्तसंजदा केवचिरं कालादो होंति ? णाणाजीवं पडुच्च सव्वद्धा ॥१९॥
प्रमत्त और अप्रमत्तसंयत जीव कितने काल होते हैं ? नाना जीवोंकी अपेक्षा सर्व काल होते हैं ॥ १९ ॥
एगजीवं पडुच्च जहण्णण एगसमयं ॥ २० ॥ एक जीवकी अपेक्षा उक्त प्रमत्त और अप्रमत्त संयतोंका जघन्य काल एक समय है ॥२०॥
प्रमत्तसंयतका वह एक समय इस प्रकार है-- एक अप्रमत्तसंयत जीव अप्रमत्तकालके क्षीण हो जानेपर तथा एक समय मात्र जीवितके शेष रहनेपर प्रमत्तसंयत हो गया तथा एक समय प्रमत्तसंयत रहकर दूसरे समयमें मरा और देव हो गया। तब प्रमाद विशिष्ट संयम नष्ट हो गया। इस प्रकारसे प्रमत्तसंयमका सूत्रोक्त एक समय मात्र काल' प्राप्त हो जाता है ।
अप्रमत्तसंयतका वह एक समय इस प्रकारसे प्राप्त होता है-- एक प्रमत्तसंयत जीव प्रमत्त कालके क्षीण हो जानेपर तथा एक समय मात्र जीवनके शेष रह जानेपर अप्रमत्तसंयत हो गया । फिर वह अप्रमत्तसंयत गुणस्थानके साथ एक समय रह कर दूसरे समयमें मरा और देव हो गया। तब उसका अप्रमत्तसंयत गुणस्थान नष्ट हो गया । अथवा, उमशमश्रेणीसे उतरता हुआ कोई एक अपूर्वकरण संयत एक समय मात्र जीवनके शेष रहनेपर अप्रमत्तसंयत हुआ और द्वितीय समयमें मरकर देवोंमें उत्पन्न हो गया । इस तरह दो प्रकारसे अप्रमत्तसंयतका वह जघन्य काल एक समय मात्र पाया जाता है।
उक्कस्सेण अंतोमुहुत्तं ॥ २१ ॥ प्रमत्त और अप्रमत्तसंयतोंका एक जीवकी अपेक्षा उत्कृष्ट काल अन्तर्मुहूर्त है ॥ २१ ॥
