[96] Locations of Jiva in Chakshandagama
[1, 3, 55] Each of the souls in the first 55 gunasthanas reside in the innumerable part of the loka. || 55 ||
Among the kevalins, the soyogikevali (kevalins with yoga) occupy the same spatial extent (oghakkhetta) as the loka. || 56 ||
The asoyogikevali (kevalins without yoga) reside in the innumerable part of the loka. || 57 ||
According to the exposition of the path of samyama, the samyata (restrained) souls from the gunasthana of pramattasamyata up to the asoyogikevali reside in the innumerable part of the loka. || 58 ||
The soyogikevali reside in the innumerable part of the loka, in the innumerable major divisions of the loka, and in the entire loka. || 59 ||
The samayika, chhedopasthapana, and suddhasamyata souls from the gunasthana of pramattasamyata up to anivrittikarana reside in the innumerable part of the loka. || 60 ||
In the paribhavasuddhasamyata, how much spatial extent do the pramattasamyata and apramattasamyata souls occupy? They reside in the innumerable part of the loka. || 61 ||
In the sukhuma-samparaya-suddhasamyata, how much spatial extent do the sukhuma-samparaya-suddhasamyata, upasama, and kshapaka souls occupy? They reside in the innumerable part of the loka. || 62 ||
In the yathakhyata-vihara-suddhasamyata, the spatial extent of the souls from the gunasthana of upashantakashaya up to asoyogikevali is the same as the oghakkhetta. || 63 ||
