[94] Dwelling Places of Jivas in Chakshandagama
41. Karmaṇa-kāya-yogī (ascetics engaged in karmic activities) and asaṃjata-samyag-dṛṣṭi (imperfectly enlightened) jīvas dwell in the innumerable divisions of the loka (universe).
42. Where do the sajogikevali (omniscient beings with passions) dwell? They dwell in the innumerable divisions of the loka, or in the entire loka.
43. According to the Vedamārganā (classification based on Vedas), the jīvas with mithyādṛṣṭi (false belief) up to aniyatti (non-return) dwell in the innumerable divisions of the loka.
44. The naiḥsargika-vedī (neuter-sexed) jīvas with mithyādṛṣṭi up to aniyatti dwell in a region similar to the oghakṣetra (region of the mass).
45. Where do the apagata-vedī (devoid of sexual desire) jīvas from aniyatti up to ayogikevali (non-yogic omniscient) dwell? They dwell in the innumerable divisions of the loka.
46. The sajogikevali (omniscient beings with passions) dwell in a region similar to the oghakṣetra.
47. According to the kṣayānuvāda (classification based on passions), the mithyādṛṣṭi (false believers) among the krodha-kṣāyika (anger-annihilated), māna-kṣāyika (pride-annihilated), māyā-kṣāyika (deceit-annihilated), and lobha-kṣāyika (greed-annihilated) dwell in the entire loka.
48. Where do the jīvas from sāsādana-samyag-dṛṣṭi (partially right belief) up to aniyatti dwell? They dwell in the innumerable divisions of the loka.
