लिये 'महाबन्धका विषय-परिचय' शीर्षक लिख दिया तथा साथ ही उन्होंने तत्त्वार्थसूत्र, सर्वार्थसिद्धि, तत्त्वार्थवार्तिक, गोम्मटसार, कर्मप्रकृति और जीवसमास जैसे ग्रन्थोंके साथ प्रकृत ग्रन्थकी तुलना करके जो निबन्ध लिखकर दिया है उसे भी भविष्य संशोधनकार्यके लिये उपयोगी समझ प्रस्तावनामें गर्भित कर लिया है । इसके अतिरिक्त कुछ परिशिष्टोंके तैयार करनमें भी आपका सहयोग रहा है। इसके लिये मैं आपकी बहुत कृतज्ञ हूं ।
ग्रन्थके सम्पादनकार्यमें अमरावतीसे १६ भागों में प्रकाशित धवला-टीकायुक्त षट्खण्डागमका पर्याप्त उपयोग किया गया है । इसके लिये मैं उक्त ग्रन्थकी प्रकाशक संस्था और सम्पादकोंकी अतिशय ऋणी हूं।
आ. शा. जिनवाणी जीर्णोद्धारक संस्था फलटणकी प्रबन्धसमितिका, जिसने प्रस्तुत ग्रन्थके प्रकाशनकी व्यवस्था करके मुझे अनुगृहीत किया है, मैं अतिशय आभार मानती हूं। साथ ही ग्रन्थके प्रकाशन कार्यके लिये श्री. शेठ हिराचन्द तलकचन्द शहा डोरलेवाडीकरने जो ४००१ की आर्थिक सहायता की है वह भी विस्मृत नहीं की जा सकती है।
अन्तमें वर्धमान मुद्रणालयके मालिक श्री. प्रकाशचन्द्र फुलचन्द शाहको भी मैं धन्यवाद दिये बिना नहीं रह सकती हूं, जिन्होंने ग्रन्थके मुद्रणकार्यमें यथासम्भव तत्परता दिखलायी है ।
__ खेद इस बातका है कि जिन आचार्य शान्तिसागरजी महाराजके शुभ आशीर्वादसे यह गुरुतर कार्य सम्पन्न हुआ है वे आज यहां नहीं हैं। फिर भी उनकी स्वर्गीय आत्मा इस कृतिस अवश्य सन्तुष्ट होगी।
