[ भण्णइ ] कुसु भज वत्थ । दुल्लग्ग' अणत तुगी' रयणी घवो भत्ता ॥
Notes: The first word gives the name of the dialect. It is in the locative singular. Possibly we have to read सुम्हाए सुझ (Pk सुम्ह - under SH 8-2-74) 18 wellknown as the name of a country in West Bengal. But the name of the dialect is definitely not Lati as assumed by Daniéjou and Bhatt.

2. DN. 7, 91 विरहो रह- कोसु मेसु and 7, 68 कोसुर भयम्म विरहाल. Hema. candra has paraphrased कोसु भ with कुसुम्भरक्त वस्रम् The latter part of the first line is short by four Matras. So भण्णइ 18 supplled conjecturally.
